Mrs. Xu graduated from The University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill with a Ma♠ster's degree in Accounting and also holds a Master's degree in International →Law from East China University of Political Science and La∏w. She is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York. She served as financial director at corporate level in a HK-listed top medic≥al device company for 5 years. She worked in PwC LLP (Shanghai office) and Ernst & Young LLP (New York Office) for over 13 years in the group of cross-border M&δamp;A and international tax planning, respectively.

Bingqing ZhuDirector of Marketing & ProductGraduated with a Ph.D. degree in Pharmaceutics from University of Chinese♥ Academy of Sciences. She once served as a Senior Engineer in Shanghai ↔Institute of Materia and Medica, with over a decade of research experience in the fielλd of pharmaceutical solid chemistry. She has led the commercialization of> several research outcomes. She was also selected for the “Shanghai Yangfan Talent Program ”∏ and “Jingjiang Phoenix Talent Program”.

Qi ZhangDirector of R&DGraduated with a Ph.D. degree in Pharmaceutics from University of Chinese Academy of s$ciences. He has worked in drug synthesis at several CRO companies, accumulating extensive exΩperience in organic synthesis projects. Additionally, he served as a Senior← Engineer at the Shanghai Institute of Materia Medica for 10 years, foσcusing on solid-state chemistry research for drugs and functional ingredients. He h→as successfully led the R&D, and industrialization of mulλtiple products.
